Penguin is a hospitality and real estate spaces company, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. We build interesting resorts and farmhouse destinations, mostly based out of Hyderabad. Our first take at hospitality was the 'Penguin lakeside' at Vikarabad (70 km from Hyderabad), which is a camping resort. While it was meant to be experimental, we hosted around 12,000 guests over a span of 16 months of being operational.
We are right now building a full-fledged all lake-facing studio resort, which will have around 90 rooms/studios. The project will be complete by the mid of 2023. We are developing other such resort and farm house projects, mostly based out of Hyderabad. Our mission will be to keep creating interesting spaces with which people can find a deep connection.
